FREE Standard Shipping All orders within the United States qualify for FREE standard shipping. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Discreet Packaging Your privacy matters to us. All Nylo orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names or branding visible on the outside.

International Shipping At this time, Nylo ships exclusively within the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries — stay tuned!
